1. The promoter
This promotion is run by Tomcat Special Needs Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04209943, whose registered office is at 13/7 The Gloucester Business Park, Hucclecote, Gloucester, GL3 4AA (“Tomcat”, “we”, “us”).
2. The offer
£150 off the price of one new Tomcat Flame, Flame Comfort, Flare or Tomcat Comfort trike, ordered through this promotion.
3. Promotion dates
The promotion opens on 1st November 2026. You must submit your assessment request on this page by 23:59 on 1st April 2027 and place your order, by paying your deposit, by 23:59 on 1st November 2027. Requests or orders made after these times will not qualify.
4. Who can take part
The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, buying a trike for themselves or for someone they care for or support. It is not open to employees of Tomcat or of participating retailers or their immediate families. Anyone with an open enquiry, booked assessment or quote with Tomcat before the promotion opened is not eligible.
5. How to claim
Take the promotional code from the offer flyer at a participating retailer, then enter that code in the assessment request form on this page before your assessment. Your promotional code is recorded with your request, and after your free, no-obligation assessment the £150 will be shown as a deduction on your quote and invoice. The offer cannot be applied to a quote issued, or an order placed, before you submitted your request.
6. Limits
One offer per person and one per order. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless we agree in writing.
7. How the discount is applied
The £150 is deducted from the total price of your trike, including any options specified at the time of order. If you are eligible for VAT relief on goods for disabled people, the £150 is deducted from the price after VAT relief has been applied.
8. Cancellations and refunds
If your order is cancelled or refunded, the offer cannot be reused, reissued or exchanged, and any refund will be based on the amount you actually paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Participating retailers
Participating retailers display this offer and may receive a referral payment from Tomcat when an order they referred is completed. This does not change the price you pay or the service you receive. Your contract of sale is with Tomcat, not the retailer.
10. Your personal information
We use the details you give us to arrange your assessment, run this promotion and pay referral rewards. We share only your name and the status of your order (not your contact details) with the retailer that referred you, solely so we can administer referral payments. We will only send you marketing if you have opted in. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and your rights.
11. Changes to this promotion
We will only change or withdraw this promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, and never in a way that disadvantages people who have already submitted a request. Requests submitted before any change will be honoured on the terms in place when they were submitted.
12. Misuse
We may refuse or cancel the offer if we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, through misuse of a code or in breach of these terms.
13. General
These terms apply alongside our terms and conditions of sale; if they conflict, these terms apply to the promotion. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
